Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the EzFitLog mobile application ("App") operated by EzFitLog ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

EzFitLog is designed to help users log workouts and track exercise routines. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it, or use it for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Health Disclaimer

EzFitLog is not a medical or fitness professional service. The App is intended for informational purposes only. Always consult your doctor or healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program. We are not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or damages that may result from using the App.

3. Data and Privacy

Workout data you enter is stored locally on your device. If iCloud Backup is enabled, data may be backed up to your personal iCloud account. We do not access, collect, or store your personal data on external servers.

If analytics tools (such as Google Analytics for Firebase) are used in the future, they may collect anonymized usage data to help us improve the App. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and code in the App is the property of EzFitLog, unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the App without written permission.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of data or health-related issues, resulting from your use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.
